Q. Where are you located?
A. We have been doing repairs at pop up locations for over 10 years but mainly now in the Morada Lane Ranch shopping center on Morada Lane and 99 HWY
Raleys and Starbucks ,but we do offer a go to Customer mobile service for an additional charge.
Q. Do I have to set an appointment ?
A. No you do not have to set an appointment but because we are not an actual location and it’s best to give us a call at least 30 minutes prior to make sure we have the part, so when you come we can start on your phone right away and have you in and out.
Q. How long does the repair usually take ?
A. Most screen repairs take about 15 minutes
Q. Do your repairs come with a warranty ?
A. Yes, screen repairs come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defects,it does not cover water damage, cracks or physical damage and our batteries comes with a one-year limited warranty
Q. Do you repair other devices besides iPhones?
A. Yes. We repair most models of cell phones, tablets and some electronic devices, so if there is a repair or service you do not see on our website please contact us so we can make sure we answer your request.

Of course! we do device repairs but we also offer other services like carrier unlocked and that basically provides and allows your phone to be used with different carriers than it originally was from .We also can unlock some phones that have not been paid off or have an unpaid bill due on the phone and that may be the reason why you cannot use it !
Sometimes devices cannot be fixed or it cost too much and the customer may decided to put that money towards a new device that is why we do purchase some devices no matter the condition or the bill status.
